Resonance Content and Archive Management was founded by Eibhlin Ni Oisin in 2015. Eibhlin managed online access to the broadcast archives of RTÉ and has extensive experience in managing technical projects and operations for media archives and libraries. She has advised CTOs on the strategic management of data assets for business value and has a detailed understanding of all the requisite capabilities such as metadata modelling and content lifecycle management.
